EMERGENCY CONSUMER PROTECTION ALERT!!!

RE: United States Bowling Congress (USBC)

Since 1994, the 'SMART' program has been a non-profit investment scheme formed by the United States Bowling Congress to obtain, maintain, and sustain youth bowlers entitled Prize Money for their own benefit- to offer more ‘scholarships.’ There are potentially tens of millions of dollars of forfeited Prize Funds funded with participants entitled Prize Money that MUST be disbursed as either Prize Money (taxable income) or a Scholarship Award (non-taxable income) to former USBC sanctioned youth bowlers. My message to every youth bowler in America that has competed in a USBC sanctioned event is that YOU ARE ENTITLED to your Prize Funds funded with your Prize Money either as Prize Money or a Scholarship Award.

My name is Michael Duncombe. For the past 55 months I have written The Scholarships 4 Us® Program to protect children and families from being victims of non-profit’s that have or may consider collecting, investing, and sustaining your entitled Prize Money that was NOT given to them with the intent to fund their mission. A 154 page White-collar Criminal Complaint has been submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). This document also includes a 45 page Class Action Complaint (CAC) titled: A ‘SMART’ Scheme. I have also submitted the EMERGENCY CONSUMER PROTECTION ALERT and the links to the White-collar Criminal Complaint to every Consumer Protection Agency in the United States of America in which I have the documented written responses from nearly half of the agencies.

Above are the links to the USBC Legal Complaint Documents and Correspondences that includes a cease and desist letter from the USBC’s legal representative- Michael Best® after ‘The Memo’ was disseminated to bowling centers across America. I now need YOUR help to protect future victims from A ‘SMART’ Scheme and to attempt to retrieve your entitled Prize Money. Below is ‘The SMART CAC Victim Form’ that will be used to no longer wait for an agency to protect innocent victims. If you are a leader in a suitable position to ‘stand up’ viewing this message then you have the opportunity to become what is known as a ‘Lead Plaintiff(s)’ in which we shall work together to use the drafted documents to connect with other victims and file the CAC. I have The Master Plan to transition from a scheme to a program. This objective will only be fulfilled if you believe in me and follow my lead.

Before completing 'The SMART CAC Victim Form' below contact SMART to ask them what your 'SMART' balance is and if your funds are expired.

Here is their contact information:

Email: smart@bowl.com

Phone: 800-514-BOWL (2695)

The form may be completed by the former USBC sanctioned youth bowler, legal guardian, or authorized representative. Once the form has been submitted you may contact me directly with any questions and further instructions:
